TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR RATES

Cancellation or modification by the customer:

1. In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer is reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code. 

2. The sales conditions of the reserved rate specify the terms and conditions for cancellation and/or modification of the booking.

3. Prepaid bookings cannot be modified and/or cancelled. The sums paid in advance as a deposit will not be refunded. In such cases, this is mentioned in the rate's sales conditions.

4. When the sales conditions of the reserved rate allow it:

• cancellation of the booking can be made directly on the Site or via the mobile Services in the "View or cancel your booking" section;
• modification of the booking can be made directly with the hotel, whose contact details are provided in the booking confirmation sent by email.

5. If the customer cuts their stay short, the full agreed price will be charged. For prepaid bookings, no refund will be granted in this event. 

6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the customer must vacate the room by 12:00 PM on the final day of the booking. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged. 

7. All bookings are personal and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes.

Cancellation or modification by the customer:

The sales conditions for the selected rate specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

Prepaid reservations cannot be modified or cancelled. Any advance payments, such as deposits, will not be refunded. In such cases, this is specified in the rate's sales conditions.

When the sales conditions of the selected rate allow it:

• reservations can be cancelled directly on the Site or via mobile services through the "View or cancel your reservation" section;
• reservations can be modified by contacting the hotel directly; the phone number is provided in the reservation confirmation email.

If the customer cuts their stay short, the full agreed-upon price will be charged. For prepaid reservations, no refunds will be issued in such cases.
